What To Expect

At Strength Works, we believe that in order to get optimal results, each program should be 100% individualized to fit the athlete. Age, skill level, training frequency, strengths, weaknesses, injury, and various other factors are taken into consideration when designing your program. Every program is written from scratch to set you up for your own personal success.

With backgrounds in Division 1 and Professional Strength & Conditioning (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS), National Level Competitive Weightlifting, thousands of hours of personal training, and over 10 years of coaching and training experience, our coaches know exactly what you need to take your strength to its highest level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Interested in learning the ins-and-outs of Olympic Weightlifting? Or maybe you’re a seasoned athlete who’s been in the sport for years. Either way, this is your gym. We specialize in weightlifting programs for members at all levels. Whether you’re just getting started, dream of competing on the platform with Team USA, or want to take your own training to the next level, we’ve got the program for you.

Strength & Conditioning

We’re more than just an olympic weightlifting gym. We offer custom strength and conditioning programs made up of full body workouts, with a focus on specific muscle groups, cardio activity, and compound movements. Our coach will talk with you about your experience levels and goals to develop a program specifically for you. This is a great option for any member, ranging from beginner to competitive athlete.

Youth Athlete Development

Strength Works is passionate about kids learning healthy habits at a young age, which is why we created our youth program. We start with the basics of bio-mechanics in order to build a strong foundation, and then progress into more complex skills throughout the program. This is the perfect opportunity to teach kids the importance of exercise and set them up for future success in athletics and beyond.

Personal Training

Our personal training option provides that next level of hands-on coaching that you’re looking for. Ideal for those members who want to get comfortable with the movements before entering a group setting, who need a flexible training schedule, or athletes who would like more exclusive one-on-one time with a coach.
