Youth Coach
I grew up playing sports, but I never stood out from the crowd. I was often a B-team athlete, lacked confidence, and struggled to fully believe in myself. Everything changed when I discovered Olympic weightlifting in 5th grade. For the first time, I found something I truly loved, and I gave it everything I had. Through weightlifting, I developed confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic that opened doors I never imagined possible. By 19 years old, I had earned the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally, including representing Team USA at the Junior Pan American Championships, where I earned a bronze medal, and at the Junior World Championships. I also earned an athletic scholarship to Lindenwood University.
Those experiences taught me the value of consistency, perseverance, and long-term commitment — lessons I now strive to pass on to the athletes I coach. Today, my mission goes beyond helping athletes become stronger. I want to help young athletes build confidence, develop discipline, and discover what motivates them both inside and outside of sports.
Coaching is more than just a job to me — it is an opportunity to positively influence young lives through discipline, confidence, and hard work. I genuinely care about each athlete’s growth both inside and outside of the gym, and I strive to create a safe, encouraging environment where athletes can build confidence, develop character, and succeed long-term.
